Paper Description
This paper introduces a series of tools that enable students to create, test, refine, package and deliver a business opportunity. These skills are important for all individuals and organisations alike. In the corporate world, these skills are vital for innovative thinking. For aspiring entrepreneurs, it will provide the tools of innovation that can be implemented to start an enterprise. It draws on prior learning in papers on strategic management and change management to provide a template for innovation management. This paper introduces the concepts and tools that will be applied in the capstone Action Learning Project which completes the MBM programme.
Paper Structure
This paper will be facilitated by pre-recorded online material and Zoom sessions
When you enter the paper, you will need to, as a group, have a clear idea as to what product/service you want to engage with as entrepreneurs. The end result is a presentation of your solution, which will then be taken to the next paper where you will be seeking investment.
